Hello and Happy Saint Patrick's Day,
Thank you for viewing my St. Patrick's Day "Irish" door wreath.
I purchased most of the items at my local Joann's craft store and utilized green mesh to make most of the base; I then made the banner with the word "Irish" on it and placed a figurine on each side of the banner to "hold" it up. This is the first mesh wreath that I have attempted to make and I think it turned out okay for my first try! I think the bowler hat in the center came out nicely, I saw the hat at Joann's and couldn't resist utilizing it within the center of the wreath...adorable! I looked on Etsy for examples and I was shocked to see most mesh wreaths similar to this selling for quite a bit.
I had several of my neighbors stop and ring my doorbell to ask me about my Valentine's Day wreath, to see click here, I have been working on my Easter wreath and I think I will make some for my neighbor's as well since they gave me such nice compliments. I will post pics when I am done, so check back for my Easter wreath!
Thank you for looking and Happy Saint Patrick's Day to everyone, Becky
NOTE: After looking at the original pic, I realized the banner was too low and I adjusted it. I also added a few other things and some legs; doesn't every wreath need legs? ha ha...hugs to you all!
Here are some updated pics, I think it looks much better. I apologize for any inconvenience caused. Thanks! xx
